Returns & Exchanges	Window: Within 14 days of delivery. Condition: Items must be unused and unworn. Process: Email info@radiantique.shop for authorization and instructions prior to sending back your parcel. Exceptions: Custom or personalized items are final sale.
Order Changes & Cancellations	Contact info@radiantique.shop as soon as possible. Requests can only be accommodated before your order enters production or ships. Shipped orders follow standard return policies.
Damaged or Incorrect Items	Email info@radiantique.shop within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue for a prompt replacement or refund.
