How do I attach a phone wristlet or charm to my phone case?

Attaching your wristlet takes just a few seconds and works with nearly any full-coveragephone case.Remove your phone from its case, place the thin clear tab flat inside the case so its loopextends out through the charging port opening, re-insert your phone, and clip the wristletonto the metal ring.

Will the attachment tab interfere with charging my phone?

Not at all. The tether tab is ultra-thin and flexible, allowing you to plug in a standard charging cable or use wireless/MagSafe charging without removing it.

What materials are used to make your accessories?

We blend artisan craftsmanship with durable components to create accessories designed for everyday use:
● Beads & Accents: Real freshwater pearls, hand-painted ceramic beads, glass beads and natural stones.
● Hardware & Findings: High-grade, tarnish-resistant durable stainless steel or 18k gold plated findings built to withstand daily wear.

How long will it take to ship my order?

Every piece is carefully crafted by hand. Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be assembled and shipped. Once dispatched, domestic orders usually arrive within 3–5 business days (Israel).

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on unused, unworn items within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us at info@radiantique.shop before sending anything back. All returns and exchanges must be approved by us in advance so we can provide the correct return instructions. Custom or personalized orders are final sale due to their made-to-order nature.

What should I do if my package arrives damaged?

If your order arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@radiantique.shop and include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will process a replacement or full refund right away.

How do I change or cancel my order?

If you would like to change or cancel your order, please email us at info@radiantique.shop as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been prepared for shipment or handed over to the carrier.Once the order has shipped, it can no longer be changed or cancelled. Eligible items may still be returned after delivery according to our Return Policy
