Introduction

● The radiantique.shop website (hereinafter “the Website”), operated by the business entity Radiantique (Esek Patur, hereinafter “the Business”), serves as an online store for handcrafted jewelry and fashion accessories.

● The Terms and Conditions in this policy apply equally to all users and customers, regardless of gender.

● Any purchase made via the Website is subject to the Terms and Conditions set out in this policy. You are requested to read these Terms and Conditions carefully and in full.

● The mere purchase of a product via the Website constitutes a statement by the Customer that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of these policies.These terms constitute a binding legal contract between you and the Business.

● “Jewelry”, “Accessories”, or “Items” refer to the pieces that appear on the Website and are offered for sale.

● “Business days” are weekdays, Sundays through Thursdays, and do not include Fridays, Saturdays, Israeli holiday evenings, or holiday intermediate days (Chol HaMoed).

1. General Conditions

● The Website serves as an e-commerce platform owned and operated by the Business.

● These Terms and Conditions form the sole legal basis for browsing and ordering through the Website and exclusively govern the relationship between the Business and the user.

● Any person ordering or purchasing through the Website declares that, upon executing the action, they have read these Terms and Conditions, agree to all provisions, and waive any claim or demand against the Business, its management, or its operators regarding these provisions.

● The Business reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions from time to time at its sole discretion, without the need to give prior notice.

● Product prices are primarily listed in US Dollars (USD) and may also be displayed in New Israeli Shekels (ILS). As the Business operates as an Esek Patur under Israeli tax law, transactions are exempt from VAT. Prices do not include shipping fees, which are calculated separately at checkout.

● The Business’s digital transaction records alone will constitute primary evidence of the correctness of operations performed through the Website.

● Product images displayed on the Website are for illustrative purposes only. Because items are handcrafted and frequently feature natural materials (such as freshwater pearls, ceramic elements, or custom assembly), natural variations in color, texture, shape, and sizing may occur between the physical item and its digital photo.

● The Business does not undertake to maintain a continuous inventory of all items appearing on the Website.

● The Business makes every effort to ensure information presented on the Website is complete and accurate. However, inaccuracies or errors occurring in good faith may appear, and the Business shall not be held liable for issues arising from them.

● The Business may update product prices and shipping rates from time to time without prior notice. The valid price for an order is the price published at the time the order process is fully completed (including credit card authorization).

● The Business may offer promotions, discounts, or benefits on the Website and may modify or terminate them at any time without prior notice.

● The Business reserves the right to send abandoned cart reminder notifications to the email address provided by the customer during the checkout process.

2. Placing Orders & Payment

● Customer information provided during checkout will be handled strictly in accordance with the Website’s Privacy Policy.

● Upon placement of an order, payment information will be verified through certified payment processors. Upon processor confirmation, an order approval notification will be dispatched.

● If a payment transaction is rejected or not approved by the payment provider, the Customer will be notified and required to provide an alternative method of payment.

● Order confirmation is contingent upon component and stock availability. In the event an item or raw material is unavailable after an order is submitted, the Business is not obligated to fulfill the order and will issue a full refund to the Customer, canceling the transaction without further liability.

● The Business reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including cases where:

○ Incorrect or intentionally false information was provided during checkout or registration.

○ An act or omission is committed that harms the Business, the Website, or third parties.

○ The Website is used to perform or facilitate an illegal act under the laws of the State of Israel.

○ Terms of this agreement or related operational guidelines have been violated.

○ The payment instrument provided is restricted, blocked, or unauthorized.

● An automated email confirmation sent upon placing an order indicates receipt of order details only and does not bind the Business to supply the item until payment processing and stock checks are finalized.

3. Fulfillment & Shipping

● Production Time: Handcrafted and made-to-order items require up to 7 business days for crafting prior to dispatch. In-stock items are processed and packed within 3 business days.

● Delivery Method: Shipping within Israel is conducted via local courier services. Delivery time is up to 7 business days from dispatch.

● Shipping fees appear during checkout prior to payment completion and are paid by the Customer.

● Shipping availability is subject to the coverage maps of local delivery partners.● The Business shall not be held liable for delivery delays caused by third-party shipping carriers, incorrect address details provided by the Customer, labor strikes, weather disruptions, or security emergency measures outside reasonable control.

4. Cancellations, Returns & Refund Policy

● All order cancellations, returns, and refunds are governed strictly by the Israeli

Consumer Protection Law, 1981.

● Order Cancellation Before Dispatch: A Customer may cancel an order prior to shipment. In accordance with Israeli law, a cancellation fee of 5% of the total order cost or 100 ILS (whichever is lower) may be deducted.

● Return Period: In-stock, standard items may be returned within 14 days from the date the goods are received.

● Return Conditions: Items must be returned unused, unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. The Business holds sole discretion regarding the physical condition of returned merchandise.

● Custom & Made-to-Order Items: In accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, custom-designed items or items made specially to customer specifications cannot be returned or refunded once produced.

● Return Shipping Fees: The Customer is responsible for returning the item to the Business and bearing all associated shipping costs. Monies paid will be refunded (minus original shipping costs and legal cancellation fees) upon inspection and receipt at the Business warehouse.

● Items provided as gifts or promotions without monetary payment are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for store credit.

5. Product Warranty & Care

● 6-Month Limited Warranty: Radiantique provides a 6-month limited warranty on all jewelry items from the date of receipt, covering manufacturing assembly defects (such as faulty hardware, broken clasps, or wire failure).

● Exclusions: The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, surface scratches, tarnish from exposure to water, perfume, hairspray, swimming pools, or chemical agents, nor does it cover physical abuse, accidental loss, or third-party repairs.

● Upon validation of a warranty claim, the Business will repair the item, replace it, or issue store credit at its sole discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

● All intellectual property rights—including copyrights, jewelry designs, trade secrets, site photography, product descriptions, domain names, trademarks, and visual graphics—belong exclusively to Radiantique.

● Copying, reproducing, distributing, translating, or commercially exploiting any material, design, text, or image from the Website without prior written authorization from the Business is strictly prohibited.

● The use of automated tools, crawlers, scrapers, or bots to retrieve data or create catalog compilations from the Website is explicitly forbidden.7. Limitation of Liability & Confidentiality

● The Business takes standard security precautions to maintain data confidentiality. Payment transactions are handled through secure, certified third-party clearing gateways meeting PCI-DSS standards; the Business does not store credit card details on its servers.

● The Business and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, loss of income, or lost profits arising from the use of or inability to use the Website or its products.

● In any event, the total liability of the Business for any claim shall not exceed the actual purchase price paid by the Customer for the specific product in question.

● The sole legal jurisdiction for any claims or disputes arising out of the use of this Website or purchases made on it shall reside within the competent courts of Israel.
